Subject to Availability: Please book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Also be aware that higher tariffs will apply during peak holiday times (Christmas, new year, long weekends).

A credit card is required to secure your booking, no matter if your stay is a gift certificate or paid for by someone else, and a deposit of $100 on booking will be taken.  But this deposit will not apply if it is a gift certificate. No packages are available on long weekends.

If the booking is cancelled before your arrival date at any time, your deposit of $100 will be forfeited. Please understand that this will not be refunded, and if it is just prior to your arrival, 48 hours or more and we are unable to fill your booking, you will be charged 1 night accommodation. If there is a no show for whatever reason and we have not been contacted, your full accommodation will be deducted... So please be fair to yourself and to us and inform us.
